Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Magic Carwo India LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our car cleaning and detailing services and the sale of related accessories. By availing our services or purchasing products, whether via WhatsApp, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

We offer the following:

  • Waterless car cleaning and detailing at your doorstep.
  • Sale of car care accessories and detailing products.
  • Booking of services via WhatsApp (temporary) and soon through our Mobile App.

Service Booking & Payment

  • Customers can currently book services via WhatsApp.
  • Online payments may be made through UPI, credit/debit cards, or other approved gateways.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or as mutually agreed.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Service Delivery

  • Services are available in designated service areas only.
  • Customers are required to ensure access to their vehicle and a suitable parking location.
  • In case of inaccessibility or unsafe conditions, the service may be postponed or canceled.

Product Orders & Delivery

  • Products can be ordered online (soon via app/website) or through WhatsApp.
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location.
  • Products once sold can only be returned if damaged or defective upon delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle and location details.
  • Ensure the vehicle is available for cleaning at the appointed time.
  • Notify the team of any prior vehicle damages or concerns.

Liability

  • We ensure high-quality service but are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused due to incorrect customer input.
  • Our cleaning process is non-invasive, waterless, and eco-friendly, minimizing risks.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website/app is owned or licensed by Magic Carwo India LLP. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Amendments

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
